JAL NETI

Benefits : It opens doors to the JANNAT ( HEAVEN ) , once you have opted NETI in your daily routine.

1. Jal Neti is a Shudhi kriya ( Purification technique ) of your nasal path . This is the first and the most important step before you start Pranayama / Meditation .

2. Neti gives you instant natural glow.

3. Neti cleanses your ENT passages . Improves your vision and the functioning of Eustachian tubes thus is of great benefit to the problem of Deafness & Myopia .

4. It vanishes out the problem of Sinus and improves your Respiratory system .

5. Neti gives a soothing effect to the brain and is therefore beneficial for headache , migraine , tension , depression , anxiety .

6.Cleanses the mucous stuck over the lungs thus helpful in the problem of Asthma .

7. Improves the functioning of Mucous Membrane .

8. Strengthens your Immune system . Infection does take the root and just passes by.

 

Pots / Lauta’s are easily available in the market for Jalneti. There are different styles for different people for doing Neti. One has to be cautious before doing it. One should do it after taking following points into consideration:

  1. HIGH B.P : Someone suffering from  High BP, is not supposed to add Salt in Water for Jalneti. Saadhak can add GLUCOSE only.
  2.  
  3. Diabetes:  If Saadhak is having the problem of Diabetes then he / she should add salt only.

  4. High B.P. + Diabetes: If Saadhak iis having both the problems then he should neither add SALT nor Glucose. He can add milk only.

    If these points are not taken into consideration then practicing Jalneti can affect adversely 

GHRIT PAAN  

Ghrit Paan is the intake of Ghee through Nose, like a machine which needs
Lubrication for the uninterrupted working, our body also needs lubrication to
Live a longer and happier life without any joint pains and stiffness of body. 

Ghrit Paan is done for different cases such as

  1. Lubrication : Just for the lubrication of body, take 4 tsp. of pure Desi Ghee and get it luke warm then take it in through Nose. When you suck it in then you need to deeply breath in through nose but exhale through through mouth only. Put 2-2 tsp. of it in both nostrils.

  2. ARTHRITUS : Put 1 piece of dry ginger (Sund) in 250 gm pure desi Ghee. Make it warm let it get luke warm then put 2-2 tsp. of it in both the nostrils.

  3. TO GET RELIEF FROM PAIN / JOINT PAINS : Put 10 black Pepper into 100 gms. Of ghee, make it boiled and let it get luke warm. Put 2-2 tsp. in both the nostrils.

     

    CAUTION: 

    If someone is suffering from HIGH B.P., that person is not supposed to take Ghee . Use BADAAM ROGAN in that case. Simply get it luke warm and put 2-2 tsp. in both the nostrils.
