High Blood Pressure: 
Left nostril in yogic language is called CHANDAR NAADI and right nostril is called SURYA  NAADI . in most of the cases , it has been observed that normally people have got their chandar naadi blocked and they take their breath in through their surya naadi only . which causes the problem of hypertension , depression , short-temperedness , anxiety , and ultimately HIGH BP


1.Ailment through yog
Chandar bhedi pranayam
Sheetli pranayam
Sheetkari praanyam
Sheetkarni pranayam
Bhaaskari pranayam
(deep gentle breathing )

2.Ailment through ayurveda
Get following things : 
Arak Kaasni ( lowers down BP )
Arak Saunf (Improves Digestion)
Arak  Kaajvaan


Mix them all and have one cup of  this mixed arak in between your meal in your lunch .
Repeat it for 40 days .

 

Following pranayamas should be practiced daily to curb the problem of HIGH  BP . 

1. Chandar bhedi pranayam
Put your thumb on right nostril ( SRUYA    NAADI ) .     start taking deep breath in and out through your left nostril ( CHANDAR NAADI ) only.

2. Sheetli pranayam :- it has been taken from DOG . as he does you also bring your      tongue out and take deep breaths in and out through your mouth only. It should be done in fast speed .

3. Sheetkari pranayam :- lock your tongue between your teeth . deeply breath in through your mouth and breath out through your nose. It should be done 20 -25 times in continuation .

4. Sheetkarni pranayam :- bend your tongue from its extreme ends. Deeply breath in through mouth and breath out through nose . this should be done 20 – 25 times .

5. Bhaskari pranayam :- this is also called DEEP BREATHING . Sit in comfortable pose . start taking deep breaths in and out through your nostrils. This should be done for 3 – 4 minutes.
